What it does

Campaign Studio is where you build and launch your email campaigns. From selecting your audience to choosing templates, configuring SMTP routing, and scheduling delivery—everything happens here.

Campaign workflow

  • Select a contact list (your audience)
  • Choose or create an email template
  • Configure SMTP servers for sending
  • Set optional proxy routing for IP rotation
  • Configure scheduling and rate limits
  • Send a test email to verify setup
  • Launch the campaign
  • Monitor real-time progress in the dashboard

Configuration options

  • Scheduling: send now or schedule delivery for later
  • Pacing: set delays and rate caps to match your infrastructure and warm-up stage
  • SMTP routing: choose a single sender or a pool with rotation strategies
  • Optional proxy routing: attach a proxy pool for routing where needed
  • Retries: configure sensible retry limits for transient failures
  • Headers & sender identity: tune From / Reply-To and other advanced headers for consistency
  • A/B testing: compare subject lines or content variants and measure what performs
  • Attachments: include files (or groups) when your campaign requires them

Campaign controls

  • Pause and resume campaigns mid-execution
  • Adjust sending rate during active campaigns
  • View real-time sent/delivered/opened counts
  • Export campaign results for reporting

Best practices

  • Always send a test email before launching
  • Start with smaller audiences and scale up
  • Monitor the first few hundred sends closely
  • Use pause controls immediately if you see high bounce rates
