General

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Bitcoin (BTC) only. No credit cards, no PayPal, no KYC required. Your privacy is protected from the first transaction.

How do crypto payments work?

Select your plan and you'll receive a unique Bitcoin payment address with a QR code. Send the exact amount shown, and once confirmed on the blockchain, our team begins provisioning your instance. Setup typically completes within 6 hours (max 24 hours). You'll receive your credentials via email.

How many confirmations are required?

Bitcoin requires 1 confirmation (~10 min). Once confirmed, our team provisions your instance manually—usually within 6 hours, up to 24 hours maximum.

Can you read my campaigns, contacts, or content?

No. mB0t is end-to-end encrypted by design—we architecturally cannot access your data.

Is mB0t Swiss-hosted?

Yes. Our infrastructure is hosted in Switzerland, benefiting from strong privacy laws and neutral jurisdiction.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel whenever you want. No refunds on crypto payments, but unused time remains active.

Do you offer enterprise pricing?

Yes. If you need custom routing, dedicated infrastructure, or SLAs, contact us and we'll tailor a plan.

What's included in Standard vs Pro?

Standard covers the essentials (routing, validation, deliverability). Pro adds advanced monitoring, AI optimization, and priority support.

Are there long-term contracts?

No. There are no contracts or lock-ins—pay when you want, cancel when you want.

Do you store plaintext email content?

No. We aim for minimal retention and encrypted storage; sensitive content stays encrypted end-to-end.

What happens if I send the wrong amount?

Our system accepts payments within a 5% tolerance. If you underpay significantly, contact support with your transaction hash. Overpayments are credited to your account.

Can I pay with stablecoins?

No — we accept Bitcoin (BTC) only.

Who is responsible for email compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)?

You are. mB0t is a software tool, not an Email Service Provider. You are the sender and data controller. You must comply with all applicable email laws in the jurisdictions where your recipients are located, including obtaining consent, honoring opt-outs, and including unsubscribe links.

What happens if I receive an abuse complaint?

You handle it. Since you bring your own SMTP and proxy infrastructure and all outgoing ports are blocked by default, abuse complaints go to your infrastructure provider, not ours. If we receive a complaint about your Instance, we may contact you for resolution and reserve the right to suspend for serious violations.

Do you monitor what I send?

No. Your Instance is end-to-end encrypted and isolated. We do not have routine access to your email content, recipient lists, or sending activity. We may see optional aggregate telemetry (success/fail counts) if you enable it, but never message content or recipient data.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

You have 30 days after cancellation to request a data export. After 30 days, your Instance and all data on it are permanently deleted. We only retain minimal billing records required for tax and audit purposes. Deletion is irreversible — keep your own backups.

Can law enforcement access my Instance?

We respond to lawful requests from competent authorities in our jurisdiction (Hong Kong SAR). Customer Instances are hosted in Switzerland, which has strong data sovereignty protections. We do not voluntarily share data and will notify you of requests where legally permitted.

Where is mB0t incorporated?

mB0t Labs is incorporated in Hong Kong SAR. Our server infrastructure is hosted in Switzerland for data privacy and sovereignty. The governing law for our Terms of Service is Hong Kong.

Getting Started

How do I create my first campaign?

After signing up, navigate to the Dashboard and click “New Campaign”. Follow the wizard to configure sending, add recipients, and schedule delivery. Use warm-up and pacing to improve inbox placement over time.

How long does setup take?

Most users are up and running within 15 minutes. DNS verification can take up to 24 hours depending on your provider. You can send tests as soon as your workspace is ready.

Do I need technical knowledge to use mB0t?

No. The dashboard covers the common workflows. For advanced setups (DNS, integrations, custom routing), use the guides and support articles.

Can I import my existing contacts?

Yes. Import contacts via CSV or API. Keep lists clean with validation before sending to protect deliverability.

Billing & Payments

Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?

We currently accept Bitcoin (BTC) only. Payments are processed through our self-hosted CryptoPay system.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to Billing in your dashboard, choose a plan, and complete the payment. Your upgrade applies after the invoice confirms.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a transaction does not confirm before the invoice expires, create a new invoice and try again. If you need help reconciling a payment, contact support with your transaction hash.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency payments, refunds are generally not offered. If you believe there’s an issue with your invoice, contact support.

Technical Setup

How do I configure DNS for email sending?

Add SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for your domain. You can find the exact values in your dashboard under domain verification. DNS propagation can take 1–24 hours.

Is there an API available?

Yes. The API supports core workflows such as campaigns, lists, templates, infrastructure, and analytics.

Can I use webhooks for event notifications?

Webhooks are an optional module and may not be enabled on every deployment yet. If you need event notifications, contact support to confirm availability for your plan and setup.

What are your sending limits?

Limits depend on your plan and warm-up status. Start with smaller volumes, monitor performance, and scale gradually.

Security & Privacy

How is my data encrypted?

Data is protected in transit with modern TLS. Sensitive content is encrypted at rest, and access is restricted by your workspace permissions.

Where are your servers located?

Our infrastructure is hosted in Switzerland, benefiting from strong privacy protections and data sovereignty practices.

Do you comply with GDPR?

Yes. You can export or delete your data through the dashboard. We minimize retention and only keep what’s required to operate the service.

How do I enable two-factor authentication?

Enable 2FA in your account security settings. We recommend enabling it immediately after you create your account.

Troubleshooting

Common issues

Solve the most frequent blockers quickly with these guides.

Emails not delivering

Verify SPF, DKIM, and DMARC in domain verification. Check warm-up and pacing, and validate lists before sending. Allow time for DNS changes to propagate.

Can't log in

Reset your password and ensure 2FA time is synced. If you lost access to 2FA, contact support to recover access.

Slow dashboard loading

Try clearing cache/cookies, disabling extensions, and checking status/maintenance updates. If it persists, contact support with details.

Team member access issues

Confirm the email address, role permissions, and invitation status. Resend the invite if needed.
